1. Scope of Agreement
This Sales Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a binding contract between NNREPAIR ("Seller") and the customer ("Buyer") for the purchase of products listed on the NNREPAIR website. By clicking the "Buy Now" or "PayPal" button, the Buyer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
2. Product Descriptions and Pricing
Seller strives to provide accurate descriptions and pricing for all products. However, Seller does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
3. Payment Terms
Payment must be received by Seller prior to Seller's acceptance of an order. Seller accepts payment via PayPal and major credit cards processed through PayPal's secure gateway. Buyer represents and warrants that (i) the credit card information supplied is true, correct, and complete, (ii) charges incurred by Buyer will be honored by Buyer's credit card company, and (iii) Buyer will pay charges incurred by Buyer at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes, if any.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Seller will arrange for shipment of the products to Buyer. Shipping dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Seller is not liable for any delays in shipments. Risk of loss and title for products pass to Buyer upon delivery of the products to the carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Seller be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or for any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, whether or not advised of the possibility of damage, and on any theory of liability, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of these products.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Seller is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
